Integrity Magazine – Catholic holdout in Clancy trial is an inspiration to stand for truth against modern errors

Weeks after the Lindsay Clancy jury failed to return a verdict — commonly referred to as a “hung jury” — the lone member who refused to vote for her acquittal has not only been identified but is speaking out. Unlike his peers, Michael P. Desronvil favored a guilty verdict for the three counts of first degree murder of Clancy’s young children — Cora, Dawson, and Callan. In an exclusive video posted by Fox News anchor Sean Hannity, Desronvil speaks about his religious beliefs. “I want to thank God for my Catholic faith. I want to thank God for the ability to love my daughter,” he said before also thanking those who supported him throughout this time. He also admirably said that the “focus” should be on the three children who were killed rather than on him.
