And coming down with them, He took His stand on a level stretch, with a crowd of His disciples, and a great multitude of people from all Judea and Jerusalem, and the sea coast of Tyre and Sidon, who came to listen to Him and to be healed of their diseases. We beseech You, O Lord, that we who keep the feast of Your blessed Apostle Bartholomew, may, by his help, obtain Your blessings, since we offer You this sacrifice of praise in his honor.
