Today I want to address one of my pet hates, but before I do, a few disclaimers.What I am about to discuss is not meant as an attempt to get you to go to this Mass or that Mass, or to encourage you not to attend Mass. These are all very serious decisions you have to make prayerfully. Unfortunately, you cannot outsource this responsibility to me or anyone else.Secondly, I am not attacking those who use these “excuses”. Some of my favourite subscribers and people in my close circle make themselves “guilty” of this. In a way, it is not your fault, and I sincerely only want to help you better understand the implications of these statements so that you can arrive at a better understanding of the matter.
