Catholic Top Gun – The Christ of Protestantism VS The Christ of Christianity

St. Paul sternly warned Christians in Galatia: “But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach a gospel to you besides that which we have preached to you, let him be anathema. As we said before, so now I say again: If any one preach to you a gospel, besides that which you have received, let him be anathema.” (Galatians 1:8-9)>
He then tells his hearers in Thessolonica: “Let no man deceive you by any means, for unless there come a revolt first….Therefore, brethren, stand fast; and hold the traditions which you have learned, whether by word, or by our epistle.” (II Thessalonians. 2:3, 14)>
St. Paul asks the Corinthians to be patient with him if, “Some newcomer preaches to you a different Christ, not the one we preached to you; he brings you a spirit other than the spirit you had from us, a gospel other than the gospel you received.” (II Corinthians. 11:4 – Knox translation)
